Regional Events

What belongs here

This is intentionally selective, not a general Boston events dump. Examples include major touring family shows, circuses, comic conventions and expos, unusual public auditions or casting events, major festivals, special exhibitions, and other events likely to be of interest to Norwood residents.

• Events may be in Greater Boston, Worcester, Providence, Foxborough or similarly reasonable regional destinations.
• Foxborough is specifically in scope for temporary or touring attractions such as big-top circuses, stunt shows, family spectacles, expos and other limited-run events even when they are not attached to a permanent theater.
• Family-oriented regional draws may also be cross-posted into the Family & Kids calendar when they are especially relevant to parents and children.
• Routine concerts, ordinary weekly programming and generic venue calendars are not automatically included.
• The calendar may be empty when nothing distinctive qualifies.
• Dates and details should be confirmed with the original organizer before traveling.
